The Company
TCM is an established 25+ years pharmaceutical, laboratory, surgical and medical supplies company, currently expanding operations at the Hong Kong and China offices.

TCM has operated as a trusted long term distributor and supplier of world class products from UK, Europe and USA to Hong Kong pharmaceutical manufacturers, hospitals, laboratories, universities and retail sectors.

The Work Environment
TCM is a family owned and operated SME that are managed by the original company founders and second generation leadership.  TCM is not your typical 9 to 5 office. We are a fast paced, high intensity company led by an exacting and demanding owner who expects excellence. In return, you will join a warm, incredibly friendly staff that operates like a family. Work Location: Lai Chi Kok Head Office

Work Schedule:
5 days per week (Monday to Friday), 9am to 6pm. No Travel is Required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Office Function: Manage daily office operations and maintain high standard filing systems (digital & hardcopy).
  • Executive Support: Assist in managing schedules, drafting official correspondence, and taking precise meeting minutes for leadership.
  • Compliance & Documentation Controls: Coordinate company insurance, licenses, contracts, and support accounting audits.
  • Resource Management: Oversee office supplies, equipment, and petty cash with 100% accuracy.
  • Front Line Support: Handle office calls & inquiries, and assist in high profile company events (trade shows, exhibitions)


Requirements

  • The Right Mindset: You are resilient, thick skinned, and thrive under pressure.
  • Tech-Forward: Proficient in MS Office. Microsoft Teams skills is a must to help with facilitating online meetings. AI tools - We value efficiency and modern workflows.
  • Education: HKDSE / Diploma holder.
  • Experience: 1 to 3 years of office administration experience preferred, but we will train high potential fresh graduates who demonstrate a ‘can-do’ attitude.
  • Soft Skills: High attention to detail, proactive problem solver, and a true team player.
