TCM is enhancing our customer experience with a dedicated in-house preventative maintenance and servicing team. The service team coordinator will provide admin support to our service technicians for efficient product repair, maintenance, and servicing of TCM medical devices for our clients, including hospitals, labs, pharmacies and other healthcare sectors.

TCM has operated as a trusted long term distributor and supplier of world class products from UK, Europe and USA to Hong Kong pharmaceutical manufacturers, hospitals, laboratories, universities and retail sectors.

Work Location: Lai Chi Kok Head Office or Tuen Mun Warehouse Office

Work Schedule:
5 days per week (Monday to Friday), 9am to 6pm.
Limited local travel within Hong Kong.


Key Responsibilities

  • Service Operations Management: Receive and log service requests, coordinating repair and maintenance schedules with our technician team to ensure time efficienct servicing for clients.
  • Progress Monitoring: Proactively follow up on repair status and preventive maintenance cycles to meet client schedules and service requirements.
  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing schedules, providing updates on delays, and resolving complaints with a professional, solution oriented approach.
  • Regulatory & Technical Documentation: Maintain meticulous service logs and equipment documentation; manage spare parts procurement and technical files to ensure full compliance with internal standards.
  • Compliance & Audit Support: Ensure all activities align with Hong Kong medical device regulations; assist in preparing monthly service reports, internal audits, and regulatory inspections.

Requirements

  • Education: Diploma or above in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred. Other educational backgrounds will be considered if the candidate has proven work experience in a previous service coordinator role.
  • Experience: 2–5 years of proven experience in medical equipment service or technical coordination. Experience working with hospital or laboratory medical devices is highly preferred.
  • Communication: Strong command of English and Chinese to effectively communicate technical details to both technicians and medical professionals.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient in MS Office and AI tools to optimize scheduling workflows and report generation.
  • Attributes: Highly organized, detail oriented, and capable of managing multiple services simultaneously.
