TCM has operated as a trusted long term distributor and supplier of world class products from UK, Europe and USA to Hong Kong pharmaceutical manufacturers, hospitals, laboratories, universities and retail sectors.

Work Locations: Lai Chi Kok Head Office and Tuen Mun Warehouse Office
Work Schedule: 5 days per week (Monday to Friday), 9am to 6pm.
Local travel within Hong Kong.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation & Calibration: Perform accurate and safe installations of medical devices at client’s facilities, ensuring equipment is calibrated to manufacturer specifications.
- Maintenance & Repair: Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and on site repairs to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Urgent Response: Respond promptly to service requests and urgent repair calls to minimize equipment downtime for our healthcare clients.
- Technical Documentation: Produce organized service reports, installation logs, and spare parts records to ensure full traceability and audit readiness.
- Client Advisory: Liaise directly with clients to explain device operations and provide guidance on daily preventive care.
- Compliance & Audits: Assist with equipment audits and regulatory inspections, ensuring all field work meets Hong Kong medical device regulations.
- Inventory Support: Monitor equipment performance and support stock checks to ensure essential spare parts are always available for replacement.
Requirements
- Education: Diploma or above in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field. Other educational backgrounds will be considered if the candidate has proven work experience in an applicable service technician role.
- Experience: 2–5 years of proven experience in medical or laboratory equipment installation or field service. Experience working with hospital or laboratory medical devices is highly preferred. Our products are refrigerators, freezers, cast saws & tablet crushers.
- Communication: Strong command of English and Chinese to effectively communicate technical details to both technicians and medical professionals.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in MS Office and AI tools.
- Attributes: Highly organized, detail oriented, strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
