TCM is expanding our operations across our pharmaceutical, surgical and medical supplies sales teams. We are seeking motivated professionals to support our sales executives in performing process orders, arrange deliveries, following up quotes, handling sales enquiries, monitoring stock and maintaining records.

The Company
TCM is an established 25+ years pharmaceutical, laboratory, surgical and medical supplies company, currently expanding operations at the Hong Kong and China offices.

TCM has operated as a trusted long term distributor and supplier of world class products from UK, Europe and USA to Hong Kong pharmaceutical manufacturers, hospitals, laboratories, universities and retail sectors.

Work Location: Lai Chi Kok Head Office or Tuen Mun Warehouse Office

Work Schedule:
5 days per week (Monday to Friday), 9am to 6pm.
No Travel is Required.


Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Lead Management: Prepare and follow up on customer quotations; conduct proactive telephone and email outreach to drive repeat orders and nurture long term client relationships.
  • Logistics & Dispatch Coordination: Liaise closely with the warehouse to arrange on time dispatches and ensure applicable and accurate delivery documentation accompanies every shipment.
  • Customer Excellence: Act as the primary point of contact for enquiries and complaints, working directly with management to provide swift and professional resolutions.
  • Inventory & Quality Control: Monitor stock expiry dates and coordinate clearance actions; manage the replacement of goods and managing returns.
  • Data & Compliance Management: Maintain and update the customer database, sales records, and technical documentation relating to both suppliers and customers.
  • Operational Support: Provide essential support during stock takes and assist with documentation for annual audits.

Requirements

  • Education: Diploma or above in Business Administration or a related discipline.
  • Experience: 2–5 years of relevant experience in sales coordination or customer service. Experience within the medical supplies, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry is highly preferred.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient in MS Office and AI tools to enhance administrative efficiency and reporting.
  • Attributes: Highly organized, responsible, and capable of working independently while maintaining a team-oriented mindset.
